Refund / Return Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after confirmation.
Return Shipping Fees:
If an item is returned due to refusal of delivery without a valid reason, expiration of the carrier's storage period, or similar reasons, the buyer will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
Exceptions:
- Customer's personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size/color preference)
- Used, worn, or damaged items
- Items returned without prior contact
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (if applicable) are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
